All photographs taken by Matt Limb are and will remain, his copyright and his intellectual property. Along with the content and design of this website, photo books, gallery prints, greetings cards and all other printed or photographic items.
Under this statement, no use may be made on any images without prior written permission. This includes any reproduction, storage or copying in any form or media any photograph or image, including use on websites or in any printed material or form. Any such use will be regarded as unauthorised and unlicensed use, more details can be found on the Terms & Conditions page.
Any unauthorised or unlicensed use of any image in any format in any media without prior written consent and permission will be charged a fee, currently £500.00 (GBP) per image plus any associated taxes. This sum will be paid in full upon request. Payment for any unauthorised or unlicensed use does not give any entitlement to any image or images
