Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, images, written work and other original content created by Matt Limb OBE and published on or supplied through Matt Limb Images remain the copyright and intellectual property of Matt Limb OBE.
This includes photographs, articles, features, reports, captions, text, photo-books, gallery material, greetings cards and other original photographic or written work. The design and other original content of this website are also protected by copyright.
Copyright is not transferred merely because an image or written work has been commissioned, supplied, purchased or published. Clients and publishers receive only the rights expressly granted under the relevant licence or written agreement.
Use of Photographs and Written Work
No photograph, image, article, text or other copyright work may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, stored, altered or otherwise used without prior permission or an appropriate licence from Matt Limb Images, except where such use is otherwise permitted by law.
This includes use in print, on websites, social media, digital publications, advertising, promotional material, presentations and other electronic or physical media.
Material must not be supplied or made available for the training, fine-tuning, development, testing or operation of artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine-learning or similar systems without prior written permission.
Photographs and written work must not be materially altered, manipulated or used to create misleading or substantially derivative material without prior written agreement.
Unauthorised Use
Unauthorised or unlicensed use may constitute copyright infringement.
Where unauthorised use is identified, Matt Limb Images reserves the right to require the use to cease, to charge an appropriate retrospective licence fee and to pursue any other remedies available under copyright law.
Payment of a retrospective licence fee or settlement does not transfer copyright or grant any continuing right to use the material unless expressly agreed in writing.
Licensing
Photographs and written work may be available for licensing for editorial, publishing, website, promotional, commercial or other agreed uses.
High-resolution image files and other material can be supplied to suit particular print or digital requirements.
